Getting restarted
Now that I have my own domain and such, I’m working on getting everything moved over here. This will include this blog, our other pages, and the photo gallery.
As you’ve probably seen by now, there was a major database crash on my other blog; the db just sort of disappeared. I did have a fairly recent backup (only lost about 3 or 4 entries), but I decided not to bother restoring it. I’d rather start fresh over on this site. Since I do have the old entries – dating back to 2002 – I’ll probably repost a few of them as “classic” entries, scattered between the ones I write in the future.
Thanks for bearing with me during the crash and such. I’ll be notifying people who linked to the old blog, but if you know of anyone who links there, feel free to give them the new link!
